Gary Peterson, Elmer, 15 months retired from work, daughter wanted me to be plugged in with other woodworkers
Mike, doing craft shows with wife, wanted to get into woodworking to do stuff at shows, making charcuterie boards, whiskey boards, etc.
Jeff, owns Lucky Nelson’s, a sawmill on Lenola Road in Moorestown, does cutting boards, slabs, etc.
Bob, invited by Mike at local craft show. Builder, carpenter, did craft shows up and down the east coast. Retired now. Craft shows, boxes, etc.

Slab Flattening, Two sizes, small and large
Smaller one is $199
Allows you to setup on 2’ x 4’ plywood flat surface
Special bits for flattening
18” capacity
Side rails, router rides along it, goes back and forth to flatten slab
Larger one needs 4x8’ plywood flat surface
28” width
Same setup, longer rails, wider surfacing
Uses
End grain cutting boards – can’t run through planer

Fairly quiet router. Shop vac attachment for jig (sold separately)
Don’t try to take more than 1/8” depth. Width of cutter is 1-1/2” and you cut about half cutter width at a time (3/4”)
Using 3-1/4” HP routers for big table

Live edge, chainsaw mill. Then bought a Woodmizer, portable bandsaw mill, doing jobs immediately
Makeshift kiln, works well
Offers kiln services, live edge slabs, flattening services, planning, etc.
Sells mostly domestic hardwoods, mills logs and also gets wood from domestic providers
Goes to people’s homes, cuts down logs into lumber. A lot of red oak and soft maple
